Our PolkaDot mushroom gummies’ main ingredients include organic syrup, organic cane sugar, organic psilocybe cubensis (4 grams), pectin, citric acid, ascorbic acid, natural flavor extracts, organic colors, and organic oil (less than 0.1%).
Pectin is a fruit-based alternative to animal gelatin for a chewy texture and consistency.
Dosage & Effect
Microdose
- To microdose, take 333 mg for 4 days on and 3 days off (1-3 pieces of chocolate). The release time takes approximately 45 minutes to kick in. Effects include increased mental clarity and focus.
Macrodose
- Macrodoses should be taken on an as-needed basis. Release time takes approximately 1-2 hours to kick in. The effects include heightened senses and awareness of your environment.

Great for sleep
My partner and I drank the whole thing. He very much liked them, but didn’t get the noticeable “high” effect, or maybe he didn’t get enough of the polkadot shot in his system to notice anything yet? It certainly helped him fall asleep.

We bought 10 bars, 4 Cinnamon Toast Crunch bars, 3 Butterfinger bars, and 3 Strawnana bars. A sample of each flavor tasted delicious. We had a good body high with 3 pieces per sample that lasted for about an hour or so.
